How to Get Paid
Directly by the Seller
Commission will be paid directly by the Seller to the Selling Brokerage. These terms will be agreed upon within the purchase agreement before or at the time of the offer.
Seller Concession
Co-op Compensation
Seller pays the Listing Brokerage. The Listing Brokerage pays a portion to the Selling Brokerage. Be sure to call the listing agent to verify it’s part of the listing contract.
HOW DO I
GET PAID?
Directly by the Buyer
Seller pays the Buyer a concession. Some/all of the concession may be used to pay the Selling Brokerage. *Caution - See FAQ’s.
Negotiated on a Buyer Agency Agreement, commission will be paid directly by the Buyer to the Selling Brokerage.
